Last Seen: In Flagstaff, Arizona, on Monday, November 28, 2022. Duwayne was last seen wearing a black zip-up sweater, blue jeans, and brown, steel-toe boots. He stated to family he wanted to go to a rehabilitation center and he was picked up at a local Shell gas station. Duwayne may be in Phoenix, Arizona. He has a tattoo on his back with the words, “Yazzie, Cheyenne, Triston, Ethan.”
