*Expired* Multi-vehicle pile-up on I-40 west of Flagstaff. Traffic at standstill.

1:22 pm 11/3/2022: Units on the scene with approximately 17 vehicle MVA at MP 175 EB on I-40. The interstate is shut down and traffic is backed up for several miles going East Bound. Three patients were transported and several minor injuries.
