FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Coconino County’s contractor is preparing to conduct early morning roadway striping operations in Bellemont tomorrow, Wednesday June 19 in the roundabout area of Shadow Mountain Drive.
Traffic Safety, Inc. is scheduled to work from 1:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m.; however, this schedule is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors.
Traffic control will be in place and flaggers will be used to guide residential vehicles through the work zone. During striping operations, all semi-truck traffic will be detoured away from the roundabout and through the Pilot Travel Center’s designated exit area located west of the roundabout near the intersection of Brannigan Park Road, Hughes Avenue, and Shadow Mountain Drive.
Drivers should expect short delays, plan travel accordingly, and are encouraged to use extra caution through the work zone.
