At 12:48 PM Sunday afternoon, Flagstaff Police, Guardian Medical Transport, and Flagstaff Fire Department Engine 3 and Quint/Ladder 3 were dispatched to a report of an Altered Level of Consciousness in the area of 4185 E Huntington Dr at the Homeless Shelter. Caller originally said the client was not breathing. But is now breathing but unresponsive.
