3:22 PM Flagstaff Police are responding to the Boot Barn Parking lot on S Woodlands Village for an extremely intoxicated female causing a disturbance. Callers say she is yelling and harassing people as well as chasing them. Described as an adult Native American female wearing leggings and carrying luggage.
