9:03 AM Flagstaff police are responding to the Speedway on N Country Club for a male causing a disturbance and putting his hands on a female. Suspect is wearing blue jeans, tan shirt. He is also refusing to leave the property. UPDATE: Callers saying a bystander hit the suspect, and the suspect is now unconscious on the ground. EMS is responding.
