7:24 PM FLAGSTAFF POLICE attempted to pull over a vehicle from the Cal Ranch store on N. 4th St. and the driver refused to pull over and fled from police officers. Officers did not pursue the suspect but are out with an individual believed to be involved with the suspect at the Cal Ranch parking lot. The vehicle is only described as an all black car. Younger Hispanic male driver.
