7:54 AM Flagstaff Fire Department is responding to the Arbors at 1381 W University Ave for a possible gas leak outside the building. Caller is saying they can smell gas outside for the past 15 minutes.
UPDATE: Fire department is on the scene not smelling any gas. Investigation in progress.
