4:35 pm: Flagstaff Police are responding to Bushmaster park (3150 Alta Vista) for a report of a man at the south ramada seen masturbating in front of children and walking away with a young child. He is described as a Native American or Hispanic male about 50 years of age, shaved head, goatee, grey shirt, baggy black pants, and blue backpack. This post will auto-refresh and update in real-time.
UPDATE: 5 pm Several officers are canvassing the area. Only one call was received on this incident and the child the suspect left with is possibly his own child.
