6:38 pm Flagstaff police are responding to the Oakwood Village apartments at 3770 South Yaqui drive for a possible child abuse incident. The color is stating that he and his wife were out for a walk and they found a 4 year old child out wandering without parents or anybody else around. No further information was provided.
