3:03 PM: Flagstaff Police are responding to an alleged theft at Target on S Milton Road. The reporting party says 2 females stole products from Target and are heading on foot towards Sprouts. 1 suspect is said to be wearing a white sweater and blue jeans. The other suspect is said to be wearing a black jacket and a red bag.
