8:45 am Flagstaff Fd is responding to 1718 Fort Valley at the Fort Valley Apartments for a vehicle that is on fire. UPDATE: Engine 5 is on the scene. The vehicle is smoldering. Crews are pulling a water line now to extinguish the fire.
