UPDATE FROM FPD:
At approximately 7:11 PM a vehicle traveling eastbound drove left of center in the area of Butler and Regent and hit head-on with another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle that went left of center was pronounced deceased on scene and the driver and passenger in the other vehicle went to FMC with minor injuries. The investigation of impairment and the surrounding circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
at 7:15 PM Flagstaff Fire Department along with Flagstaff Police Department are on the scene of a very serious motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Butler and Gabel. Early reports state that one person is possibly not breathing and has no pulse. Avoid the area.
UPDATE 8:00 PM: 2 additional patients are being transported to FMC. Accident reconstruction crews will be in the area for an extended time.
