11:40 am Coconino County EOC just broadcasted to Flagstaff Police that the Museum fire scar and pipeline fire scar areas are receiving heavy rainfall. Areas around flagstaff to the East and West are facing a significant potential for flooding. 11:45 pm the following is a public safety alert from the Coconino county emergency communications center along with the national weather service. Mount Elden estates: flash flooding is imminent. shelter in place; if outdoors seek high ground. Do not enter drainages. Flash flooding is imminent. Dangerous flood waters are expected in Mount Elden estates people are advised to shelter in place, get to high ground if outside, and do not enter drainages.
