I 40 closed due to accident
Per ADOT, The eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 are closed in Winona. The closure is due to a crash at milepost 209 after Cosnino Road. Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. There is no estimated time to reopen the eastbound lanes. The westbound lanes are unaffected.
