At 4:41 PM Coconino County Sheriff deputies along with Arizona State troopers were engaged in a high-speed pursuit along interstate 40 eastbound through Flagstaff city limits. The last known location was 6 miles east to town where it appears a grappler device was used to get the vehicle to yield. High-risk felony stop in progress. UPDATE: All suspects are in police custody.
