Flagstaff, Arizona – October 13, 2024 – At approximately 2:15 PM, Flagstaff Police and Emergency Medical Personnel responded to the 700 block of N Canyon Terrace Drive regarding an individual suffering from a gunshot wound.
Upon arrival, officers found Philip Green (20 years old) of Flagstaff, Arizona, uninjured outside the residence. However, they discovered Dylan Carter (21 years old) of Flagstaff deceased inside the residence from an apparent gunshot injury.
Mr. Green has been booked into the Coconino County Jail on one count of Manslaughter (ARS 13-1103.A1). The Criminal Investigations Division is actively investigating the incident.
