11:25 AM Flagstaff FD Department is responding to 550 S Windsor Lane at the Grove Apartments for a possible fire. Callers are reporting a large amount of smoke possibly coming from one of the buildings. Update: Engine 3 is on the scene reporting smoke coming from the 3rd floor of the Aspen Place twnhomes. UPDATE: NO EMERGENCY. THIS IS JUST CONSTRUCTION WORKERS CUTTING MATERIALS.
