Blue/ green (turquoise) thin Hoodie
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
Charisma was last seen just after 0900 at her N. First St. Flagstaff, AZ address when she had told her mother she was going to check the mail. Her mother went to check on her a few minutes later and could not find her, believing she may have arranged to be picked up by someone. Charisma has mental health problems that affect her decision making abilities.
