4:24 PM Flagstaff Police are responding to the area of Mike’s Pike and Phoenix Ave for a person saying they saw two men walking with machine guns. The caller said they have not pointed the guns at anyone. Police are saying they will not be responding urgently because no crime has been committed. Officers want to make sure no constitutional rights are violated. UPDATE: Officers have made contact with the individuals, and no crime has been committed. No emergency.
