11:23 am Flagstaff police are responding to the Freddy’s Burgers on South Beulah Boulevard for a report of suspicious activity. The report came in that two adult males were smoking an unknown substance out of an aluminum can. The two subjects then got on a city bus. Officers are currently attempting to locate the bus to stop and question the Suspects.
