1:32 PM Flagstaff Fire, Summit FD, Guardian EMS, Park Service, and CCSO Search and Rescue are all responding to Walnut Canyon for an injured person at the bottom of the canyon. No further details are available at this time. We will post updates as we get them.
Update 2:17 PM: Patient is a female in her 20s with a lower extremity injury. Rescue helicopter is doing a rescue in Sedona and will have a delayed response, so crews are exploring option for a ground extraction.
