11:06 AM Flagstaff Fire and Police are on scene at 2513 N Fourth St for a person saying their unit smells like gas and is filling up with smoke. Updates will be below.
UPDATE 11:09 AM: Firefighters and Police Officers are saying they do not see any smoke or flames. Going inside to investigate.
UPDATE 11:11 AM: Most units can cancel; this was just a small electrical issue with a water heater.
