7:01 PM Flagstaff police and EMS are responding to the Lantern Homeless Shelter on Lucky Lane for a male with a tazer screaming and causing a disturbance. The original call was for a person in a wheelchair who fell and hit their head. Several Officers are on scene on the second floor with the man attempting to get him to comply with their orders. Update: Officers have the man in custody and his tazer secured.
