UPDATE: CHILD HAS BEEN LOCATED SAFE. 5:17 PM Flagstaff Police are looking for a runaway autistic non-verbal 12-year-old child in the square area of San Francisco and Turquise cross of Cedar and Oak. He was last seen near J Lively around 5pm. He is wearing a green shirt and light colored blue jeans with long hair. call 911 if you see the child. Do not approach.
