At 3:15 PM Flagstaff police were called to the Bluffs Senior Living Community on E Butler Ave for a possible suicidal person. Due to possible explosive devices found in the facility, evacuations are taking place of nearby residents and staff. Flagscanner policy prohibits releasing further information for active situations like this one when certain criteria is met. Avoid the area. We will post pertinent updates as they come in. UPDATE 7:02 PM Flagstaff police have cleared the scene and the area is safe and secure. We have reached out to FPD for further details.
