2:21 PM Flagstaff police and Fire are responding to the area of Phoenix Ave and Beaver St. for a homeless adult Native American male who intentionally set a pile of pine needles on fire next to a building and gas line. 911 callers are saying the fire is now out. Police are attempting to locate the suspect. Blue jacket Grey pants and Phoenix Suns hat. UPDATE: Officers have located the suspect and Fire department is saying the fire is confirmed out.
