FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Northern Arizona University issued a campus safety alert Thursday night after a weapons violation was reported near the NAU campus.
According to NAU SAFE, the incident was reported at approximately 9:27 p.m. on February 12, 2026, at the Babbitt Administration Center.
Authorities are searching for a white male with short curly hair, believed to be driving a white Toyota 4Runner with Arizona license plate AZ/CL70509. A female passenger was reportedly inside the vehicle.
The situation remains ongoing. Access to the area is currently restricted.
